Week One: The Angry Mama
We start off by discussing how your background, expectations, and stress can influence your thoughts and actions towards your children. You'll learn how to banish the negativity that can quickly lead to anger so that you're in a better frame of mind to start tackling your own unique anger triggers.
Week Two: Discover Your Unique Anger Triggers
This week you'll discover why you have anger explosions and uncover the specific and unique situations that trigger your anger so that you can practice staying calm before your anger reaches an explosive level.
Week Three: Learn How To Stay Calm
Here, you'll get time-tested, proven calm down tips that will work beautifully to keep you cool among the chaos that parenting brings.
